Welders N.V. has numerous references for reactors, such as H2S reactors, feed wells, esterificators, tubular reactors etc for critical applications in aggressive atmospheres. These are all complying with the international codes and standards.

Welders N.V. manufactures high quality columns and towers, complying with international codes and standards, meeting highest quality standards, taking into account wind-load conditions, vibration analysis, earthquake resistance and client specifications. Our range of columns and towers includes internals, such as grids, trays, demisters, distributors, ladders and platforms.

Welders N.V. has also specialised in the fabrication of critical spare parts – as per original drawings or to be redesigned or retrofitted – at attractive prices.  Welders is material-specific and not process-restricted and can therefore supply spare parts, constructed in corrosion- or heat resistant alloys.

The fabrication of pipework is a logical extension of our main product range, as it basically uses the same fabrication techniques, complies with identical or similar codes and calls for the same qualifications and control procedures.  Therefore our expertise and wealth of experience accumulated with items such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels and burners can be tapped to optimise the production of piping and related parts.

Welders N.V. has the capabilities to supply complete pipelines, individual spools, collectors, piping, manifolds, hairpin tubes, pigtails, catalyst tubes in a wide spectrum of materials.

Welders N.V. has an extensive track record and a wealth of experience in the fabrication of combustion and gasification equipment and associated parts including for proprietary processes.

Our area of expertise encompasses process burners, air burners, air mixers, air nozzles, ring burners, feed injectors, syngas burners, quench rings and flare tips for various applications in the Oil and Gas, Chemical Processing Sectors and for power generating plants.

These parts are constructed in a varied range of materials, generally in high performance alloys.
